Key Responsibilities:

•Contact potential or existing customers to inform about a product or the company's offers;
•Answer questions about products of the company;
•Telephone selling of the products in accordance with the company's commercial standards and policies;
•Establish, develops and maintain relations with clients;
•Take and process orders in an accurate manner;
•Enter and update customer information in the database;
•Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information;
•Schedule payment according to due invoices;
•Prepare necessary reports in the sales process.


Key Requitements:

•Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial, Marketing or related field;
•Very good knowledge of Microsoft packages (Excel);
•Excellent knowledge of English language;
•Organizational, planning skills and attention to details;
•Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints;
•A “can-do” attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done;
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
