Administrative Assistant

  • Support in planning and coordinating day-to-day business activities and the Board Members’ agenda;
  • Maintains Board records, prepares, collects and govern documents and business files, while responsible of the confidentiality of data;
  • Organize leadership meetings or events;
  • Prepare and manage proper communication via emails and phone calls with the internal/external clients;
  • Organize and manage domestic/international travel arrangements; coordinate complex itinerary details, trips and business calendars.


  • Relevant experience in administrative tasks;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Knowledge of MS-Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • The ability to work in a discreet manner, maintaining confidentiality;
  • Organized, energetic, flexible and committed.
