Monitors the operational activity of the Customers & Channel Division (Retail, Wholesales, Hospitals)
Analyses the deviations of operational indicators for the organization (including expenses) and proposes action plans to remedy these deviations.
Monitor budget, perform cross-budget analysis for monthly/quarterly meetings.
Monitor each relevant project for Customer & Channels and provides financial advice
Analyze promotional campaigns, business plans and cash-flows of new projects and track profitability per channel
Monitor achievements per budget chapter and alerts budget managers to budget overruns, including reporting for justification/approval of deviations
Review historical data, predict future results, analyze, and explain budget deviations
Actively involved in the annual budget exercise together with Operational Controlling Department
Maintains an effective working relationship with budget managers ensuring deadlines are met.
Develops the necessary procedures and ensures their correct implementation.
Participating in Customers&Channels meetings (RO meetings and Group meetings)
Making the presentations for internal and external meetings
Cerințe
Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or economics; MSc in Economics highly preferred.
Previous professional experience in financial/operational controlling activity.
Excellent planning and monitoring financial/economic indicators skills.
Advanced level of MS-Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficient English is essential.
Ability to communicate at all levels within the business.
