Launched in March 2017, our loyalty programme Benefica is a partenership dedicated to the pharmacies that want to keep their independence. In this programme, we have innovative and tailor-made solutions for each of our partners.
Upon Farmexim joining PHOENIX group, Benefica became a PHOENIX Pharmacy Partnership member, European lead of cooperation programmes, with more than 17,000 members, independent pharmacies, in 18 countries.
Born after a thorough analysis of our clients' needs, this programme reflects our wish to have a trustworthy long-term partnership with independent pharmacies and it matches their expectation, their objectives and their plans.
