The use of this website does not necessarily imply the provision of personal data. However, to the extent that you decide to provide us your personal data, such as your name, surname, email address, telephone number, log-in IP, along with the other CV details (ex. home address, age, studies / qualifications / certifications, previous jobs, abilities / hobbies, references, etc.) for further correspondence with you, or for a recruitment process, we want to explain how we process the data we are provided.
We may find ourselves in the situation of receiving personal data from individuals with whom we have no contractual relationship.
We want to draw your attention on the fact that, when sending different requests, you have to make sure that the data you provide us is correct and accurate.
Thus, if you send us a request, we will process your personal data for its settlement. In this context, if the situation you described requires it, we will be able to send your contact details to the financial and governmental institutions, shipping companies, post offices.
Also, if you make an employment request by submitting us a CV, we will be able to use the data you provide, in order to analyze your application. Regardless of how we handle your request, we will store the data you have provided us for later contact, unless you specifically request the opposite.
Equally, we may be able to receive personal data from representatives of our business partners. In this case, we may use your personal data to manage and ensure the proper conduct of the relationship between the parties. If so, we will be able to use the personal data you provide us to assess customer satisfaction or for marketing research purposes.
Ensuring the confidentiality of personal data you send us through the website, is an important concern for Farmexim. This is how we take appropriate security measures to protect the data you send us through this website. The site is protected by Secured Socket Layer (SSL), the standard encryption system. This technology encrypts all of your personal data that you send to Farmexim.
The data provided by you during the navigation on this website may be used by S.C. Farmexim S.A. only in their own interest and will not be passed on to third parties.
We would like to inform you that under the new regulations on the personal data protection provided by the EU Data Protection Regulation 679/2016, if we process your personal data of you, you have the following rights:
- the right of access, provided by art. 15, based on which you can ask us, free of charge, to confirm whether or not we process personal data that concerns you. You can also request a copy of the data we process about you. The requests must include relevant information in order to be able to identify you in our database. We will solve your request within 30 days;
- the right to rectification, provided by art. 16, that you can exercise by formulating a request asking us to modify the information we already have about you. You can formulate such a request when you notice that your data is incomplete or inaccurate;
- the right to restrict the processing provided by art. 18, which you can exercise when challenging the accuracy of the data, when considering the processing as unlawful, or you oppose to the data deletion. Following the exercise of this right, we may continue to store the data, making other processing operations possible only with your consent, unless expressly provided for by law;
- the right to portability, provided by art. 20, which you can only exercise in cases where the processing is based on your consent or contract and only if your data is processed by automated means. If you meet the conditions, you can send us a request for data portability to the operator you want;
- the right to oppose the data processing for marketing purposes, provided by art. 21. You may exercise this right at any time and we guarantee that your data will no longer be processed for that purpose. However, there may be a reasonable time (72 hours) in which you may receive marketing information from us in order to record and resolve your request;
- the right to data deletion, provided by art. 17, under which we have an obligation to delete the personal data that we process about you. This right is not an absolute one, only applicable in certain situations expressly provided by law. When making a data deleting request, please be aware that deleting them may be a complex process.
In all cases in which you are not satisfied with the way we have resolved your requests, you can contact the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.
